While we provide strategic ad guidance, all ad account access and ad spend decisions remain the responsibility of the customer. We do not guarantee ad approval or performance, as platforms like Meta and Google may apply their own review processes.
Our services are meant for legitimate business or content promotion. We do not support misleading campaigns, prohibited content, or any activity that violates advertising platform policies. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order that poses a compliance risk.
All services, consultations, and content provided are intended to comply with the guidelines of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google. However, final compliance decisions are at the discretion of these platforms. We are not liable for any account restrictions, ad rejections, or suspensions caused by platform-specific policy violations or updates.
Clients are fully responsible for the security and use of their own social media and advertising accounts. We do not ask for passwords and only work through approved methods such as Meta Business Manager or shared access permissions. Misuse, policy violations, or bans occurring on client accounts are outside our liability.
If clients choose to request follower or engagement services, they must understand these are for visibility purposes only and may not reflect actual user behavior. Such services are not encouraged as part of official ad strategies, and are not eligible for refunds once delivered. Use of these services is at the client's own discretion and risk.
Our consultation sessions are based on experience, best practices, and publicly available platform guidelines. We do not offer guarantees on campaign success or ROI, as results may vary depending on your industry, budget, content quality, and timing.
